Dancers dressed in fiery red bear double flags, they are being followed by rigid dark percussionists. Proud and forceful they defy, high above the mass, the expectant eye of the audience. Confusion sets in, are they warriors on a war path, pacifists in search of peace? The flags, ambiguous symbols, play a central role. Revolutionary or traditionally, the intention remains unclear for now.

Synchronous the dancers play their flags in a tight choreography. Worked up by imploring singing and powerful percussion they show their impressive movements. The fiery flags are hypnotising. Exhorted by the singing the dancers break their flags and their ritual, ending the choreography with great force. With raised heads they leave the performance area, the flags proudly raised above their heads.
